You’ll build scalable workflows, support multiple functions as the organization grows, and ensure clear direction, accountability, and continuous improvement across the Experience Team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading teams and programs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to bring structure, clarity, and focus to shifting priorities.
• Experience guiding professional development, coaching programs, or events.

• Strategic Operations & Project Execution: lead cross‑functional delivery and ensure timelines and dependencies are met.
