Job summary

Amazon operates a network of facilities across multiple sites and is seeking a Multi-Site Leader to drive budgetary, people development and operations goals. You will coach leaders, build leadership bench strength, and implement scalable practices to reduce costs while maintaining top customer service.

The role emphasizes hiring, developing talent, and deploying Lean methodologies across the network to maximize safety, quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent management experience.
• 7+ years of direct management experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies.
• Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.
• Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and Lean initiatives to meet and exceed business plans.
• Responsible for overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of facilities.
• Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds leaders accountable for performance.
• Takes proactive steps to share best practices across departments, shifts and network.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, Safety and other leaders to secure resources for initiatives
