DEPCOM Power is seeking a Portfolio Executive to lead a multi-project portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and BESS in the Midwest. The role involves steering project delivery, optimizing self-perform and subcontracted execution, and building strong customer partnerships across the region.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of EPC experience with proven P&L responsibility and a track record of leading project teams, driving efficiency, and delivering high-value results.

Qualifications

Experience leading EPC projects from design through closeout.
Demonstrated P&L responsibility for large portfolios or business units.
Proven leadership of project teams and mentoring senior staff.
Strong business acumen in contracts and negotiations with customers and subcontractors.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Provide portfolio-level leadership for multiple PV/BESS projects.
Oversee Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to deliver complex projects.
Set execution strategy for self-perform and subcontracted scopes.
Develop long-term customer partnerships and drive repeat business.
