Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Portfolio Banker in the Emerging Middle Market Banking team to be the focal point of maintaining and expanding client relationships. You will work independently and with a team to introduce comprehensive solutions to clients and grow profitable relationships within the Commercial Bank.

Formación

• Minimum of five years direct lending or credit support experience focused on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with ability to establish credibility with senior partners.
• Strategic and inquisitive mindset, knowledge of the bank and its offerings, and ability to gain support from partners to manage a large client book.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of Commercial Banking business clients with annual revenue between $20 million - $100 million.
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset.
• Utilize knowledge of business, finance, payment solutions, banking, credit, and risk management to identify, recommend, and promote solutions that best serve the client and ensure the profitability of the portfolio.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships.
• Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies.
• Protect the firm by following sound risk management protocols and control policies and adhering to regulatory requirements.
