Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of port drayage experience with ocean container drayage customers at ports.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Plan load usage and driver scheduling for in-house and subcontracted fleet.
• Maintain positive relations with dispatchers and drivers.
• Communicate service issues to facility departments.
• Provide daily and weekly KPI reports.
