Atlas Marine, a motor carrier division of Cargomatic, seeks a Dispatcher/Driver Manager for its Long Beach facility to handle high-volume scheduling and problem-solving for owner-operators and carriers.

The role requires strong communication, logistics knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Port/Drayage experience is essential, with bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Port/Drayage Dispatcher experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of logistics concepts and dispatch best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch owner-operators and third-party drivers and carriers.
• Plan routes for efficient pick-ups and deliveries.
• Track and trace shipments and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Navigate proprietary software to manage daily operations and loads.
