Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Drayage Dispatcher to plan driver utilization for container movements to and from port locations to customer facilities. You will manage in-house owner operators and sub-haulers, coordinating scheduling, communications, and KPI reporting.

The role requires port drayage experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Trinium TMS and MS Office. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is required, and attention to detail is essential in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of Port Drayage experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year in drayage/intermodal.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication, listening and customer focus.
• Proficient with Outlook, Gmail, Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Well organized with attention to detail.
• Experience with Trinium TMS is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides load planning, driver scheduling/appointments, and dispatch duties for in house owner operator fleet and sub-haulers.
• Maintains positive working relations with all dispatchers and drivers.
• Provides daily and weekly performance/KPI data reports.
• Utilizes Trinium system to address issues and document interaction.
• Responds promptly to driver or carrier needs.
• Ensures accurate and timely entry into the operation system of load status.
