Job summary

Rio Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Pool Attendant to manage the pool reception desk. You will greet guests, answer questions, and assist with cabana reservations, both in person and by phone. This role requires reliable attendance and a proactive approach to guest service.

You will also handle cash transactions, manage reservations, and help maintain towels and pool area cleanliness. Prior resort or pool experience is helpful, but not required; all duties support a safe and welcoming guest

Qualifications

• Excellent public relations skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Able to count money, handle reservations, and use a computer for basic tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon entry and assist with pool area inquiries.
• Take and manage cabana reservations and related requests.
• Check out rental equipment and maintain towel inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in pool and recreation areas.
• Assist with safety guidelines and support other team members as needed.
