Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ year of receptionist experience in a pool or resort environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
• Respond to general email correspondence from guests and staff
• Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff
• Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs
• Inform management of guest issues and needed supplies or equipment
