Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Pool Cabana Attendant to welcome guests to the RWLV Pool, assist with cabana and daybed reservations, and ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service.

The role requires strong English communication, a polished appearance, and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of RWLV hotel features, services, attractions, amenities, locations, and hours of operation.
• Complete daily setup of rentals, escort guests and assist them with their service requests throughout the day and complete pool turndown services.
• Anticipate and deliver guests requests effectively.
• Process charges and payment settlements.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the pool deck and entire property areas.
• Ensure all Resorts World core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.
• Responsible for ensuring guest inquiries via phone calls, emails and in-person are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate daily cabana booking arrangements.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
• Communicate all safety and repair needs to the appropriate department or member of management.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
