Job summary

Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is hiring a Pool Attendant to ensure guest safety and provide outstanding service at the pool area. You will monitor the deck, assist guests, and uphold cleanliness and order throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, selling cabanas, and maintaining accurate reservations notes while delivering a friendly and professional experience to all patrons.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Basic math and currency counting knowledge.

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest safety by watching over the water and deck area and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and being knowledgeable about Plaza events and amenities.
• Maintain pool deck and retail area cleanliness and organization.
• Sell Cabanas and day beds and keep clear notes in reservations log per pricing structure.
• Follow cash handling procedures and complete settlement paperwork as required.
