Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Pool and Beach department's operations and staff.
• Interview, hire, and train employees according to Faena policies.
• Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance.
• Address guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain department standards and safety compliance.
• Prepare schedules, payroll, and reports as needed.
