• Experience in cosmetic/plastic surgery setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and oversee entry of patient data at the front desk.
• Capture contact information for prospective patients and generate leads.
• Educate patients on Paradise Valley Skin Klinic medspa services offered.
• Answer phones and effectively communicate with patients on inquiries.
• Check-in and check-out medspa patients.
• Notify proper staff of patient arrivals.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with social media marketing content.
