Metz Strategic Solutions seeks a hands-on Business Development/Sales Professional to drive growth in polished concrete flooring across commercial clients, manufacturers, and distribution centers. You will be on the front lines, taking site measurements and developing quotes with a focus on profitability.

The role favors 3–5 years of sales and business development experience, with a preference for those who have engaged maintenance personnel and built meaningful client relationships.

Formación

• 3–5 years of solid Sales and Business Development experience.
• Experience calling on commercial clients and maintenance personnel is preferred.
• Hands-on approach to relate well with contacts in commercial businesses.
• Willingness to learn the business and perform some work to understand details.

Responsabilidades

• Sell and develop business related to polished concrete flooring.
• Target commercial clients, manufacturing companies, and warehouses.
• Grow the business by developing potential customers and calling on new accounts.
• Develop marketing materials and a strong social media presence.
• Visit sites to take measurements for accurate quotes and margins.
• Learn to quote with proper profit margins and identify new opportunities for the technology.
