QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, seeks an experienced Sales Representative to drive the sale of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems for commercial, retail, and industrial markets. The role emphasizes new business development, account growth, and field demonstrations.
The position offers a signing bonus, high base, and commission with quarterly and yearly incentives. Expect travel within the territory and substantial earning potential through a salary-plus-commission
Qualifications
- Sales experience in commercial flooring is required.
- Experience with concrete polishing and resinous coatings is highly preferred.
- 2+ years of territory and account development experience.
- Solid qualifying and closing ability; strong motivation to develop new accounts.
- Valid state driver's license is required.
Responsabilités
- Develop accounts and territory through follow-up, cold calling, prospecting, telemarketing, and business development meetings.
- Develop new and existing accounts, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials.
- Provide accurate information for proposals and customer communications.
- Some overnight travel.
- Grow regional sales and drive market expansion.
