QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring an experienced B2B Outside Sales Representative for the commercial flooring market in the United States. The role focuses on selling installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems, plus related materials to commercial, retail, and industrial clients.

The position offers a lucrative compensation package with base salary and commissions, plus quarterly and yearly bonuses, and a signing bonus.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in commercial flooring required; concrete polishing & resinous coatings highly preferred.
• 2+ years of territory and account development experience.
• Solid qualifying and closing ability with a history of sales success.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong time and territory management skills.
• Valid State driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow accounts and territory through existing accounts, cold calling, telemarketing, and meetings.
• Develop new and existing accounts, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials.
• Provide accurate information for proposal creation for customers.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Drive growth of regional sales and market presence.
