This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling high call volumes, and applying strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes with accuracy.
• Strong multitasking across multiple systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Able to learn large amounts of information quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Handle an average of 4555 inbound calls per day and resolve inquiries.
• Serve as primary contact for policyholders, agents, and third parties.
• Educate customers on products, policy provisions, tax implications, and regulations.
• Research and document inquiries with accuracy.
• Process policy/account maintenance transactions.
• Provide clear explanations of policy values and coverage.
• Communicate across multiple channels to deliver excellent service.
• Participate in ongoing training on products, systems, and compliance.
• Take a proactive, solution-oriented approach to resolutions.
