Advent Talent Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support policyholders as the first point of contact. This contract-to-hire, on-site role in Plymouth, MN includes training on our products and programs to confidently assist callers.

You will handle general inquiries, route policy questions to the licensed team, and assist with claims, payments, renewals, and enrollments while following SOPs and improving customer experience.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and provide customer support aligned with our values: Simple, Helpful, Friendly.
• Route policy-related inquiries to the licensed policy team as needed.
• Assist with questions related to claims, payments, renewals, and enrollments.
• Follow all standard operating procedures for insurance programs.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance workflows and customer experience.
• Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to support internal process improvements.
