Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Capable of handling high call volumes with accuracy.
• Proficient at navigating multiple systems.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Fast learner in a dynamic environment.
• Reliable attendance and meeting performance standards.

Responsabilités

• Handle an average of inbound calls and respond to inquiries.
• Serve as primary point of contact for policyholders, agents, beneficiaries, and third parties.
• Educate customers on products, policy provisions, and coverage details.
• Research, resolve, and document inquiries with accuracy.
• Process policy and account maintenance transactions.
• Provide clear explanations of policy values and terms.
• Communicate effectively across multiple channels to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on procedures and compliance.
• Take a proactive, solution-oriented approach to resolving concerns.
