Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a Customer Experience Representative I to join our team. You’ll provide exceptional first-call resolution for agents and customers from our inbound contact center, with emphasis on billing, policy service, and system support.

We value teamwork and initiative. The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work from our West Des Moines corporate location, with hours during and after training and a shift from 8am to 7pm

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and professional writing ability.
• Must work from office in West Des Moines, IA; training hours 8am–4:30pm for ~10–12 weeks; schedule may vary.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional first-call resolution for agents and customers from the inbound contact center.
• Handle areas including billing assistance, policy service, and system support.
• Maintain professional relationships with agency force, customers, and internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
