Nava Public Benefit Corp. is hiring a Policy Strategist to turn Medicaid policy analysis into actionable guidance for an integrated eligibility platform.

You will work across product, design, and engineering to ensure compliance and effective operations. You will independently research federal and state requirements, translate findings into practical recommendations, and help teams prioritize policy work in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in policy analysis or equivalent
• Hands-on experience researching and interpreting policy using statutes, regulations, or agency guidance
• Ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication in policy contexts

Responsabilidades

• Policy Translation & Implementation: translate policy into system behavior, workflows, and user experiences
• Identify regulatory constraints and risks; propose compliant, user-friendly solutions
• Create policy briefs, decision frameworks, and process flows to support decisions
• Support testing and validation of policy implementation
