Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Policy Strategist to translate Medicaid policy into practical recommendations for an integrated eligibility platform. You will research federal and state requirements, define priorities with a cross-functional team, and shape policy-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong written and verbal communication, and comfort with agile delivery and human-centered design. Remote-friendly with strong benefits and impact on government programs.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in policy analysis or graduate-level equivalent.
• Research and interpret policy using statutes or agency guidance.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication in policy contexts.
• Document research processes, findings, and recommendations clearly.
• Experience with Medicaid eligibility and enrollment policy (applications, verifications, renewals).
• Experience with agile delivery and human-centered design processes.

Responsabilidades

• Translate policy into system behavior, workflows, and user experiences.
• Identify policy questions, propose approaches, and progress when unclear.
• Policy translation and implementation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate policy into product workflows.
• Identify regulatory constraints, risks, and ambiguities; propose compliant solutions.
• Create policy briefs, decision frameworks, and process flows for decisions.
• Support testing and validation of policy implementation.
• Conduct landscape and cross-jurisdictional research to monitor evolving policies.
• Build relationships with external partners to share Nava’s policy expertise.
