Job summary

Armada LTD is seeking a full-time Policy Analyst III in Arlington, Virginia. The successful candidate will conduct technical liaison and coordination across the Naval Research Enterprise, plan meetings, and provide status updates to leadership.

Applicants must have strong analytical and organizational skills and be familiar with asset management systems and DoD regulations. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for an associate or bachelor's degree.

Relocation is not available for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Policy Analyst III conduct technical liaison and coordination with stakeholders across the Naval Research Enterprise (NRE), Department of Defense (DoD), other federal agencies, and academia.
• Policy Analyst III plan, schedule, and facilitate stakeholder meetings and engagements to ensure effective communication and action item resolution.
• Policy Analyst III provide regular status updates to leadership on key stakeholder relationships, collaborations, and identified issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with DoD property accountability regulations and FIAR standards.

Minimum/General Experience:

• Prior experience with asset management systems (DPAS, ERP).
• Prior experience supporting government audits or compliance programs.

Minimum Education:

• High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
