Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking a Dual Rate Poker Supervisor to implement approved procedures, train and supervise staff, and monitor performance to ensure smooth gaming operations. The role protects assets and maintains service standards on the gaming floor.

You must have or be able to obtain a Non-Key Louisiana Gaming License, and prior leadership and pit game experience are preferred. Knowledge of a casino credit system is a plus, with a focus on guest relations and policy

Competenze

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Non Key Louisiana Gaming License.
• Basic knowledge of a Casino Credit system beneficial.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Game knowledge/experience of at least two Pit Games required.

• Ensure fills/credits are handled according to policy.
