Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking a Table Games Dual-Rate Supervisor to supervise table games operations on an assigned shift, ensuring exceptional guest service, safeguarding assets, and promoting a positive work environment through motivation, coaching, and development.

Responsibilities include operating 2–8 tables, knowing game rules, maintaining racks, resolving disputes, and modeling guest engagement and appropriate comp decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates two to eight table games on an assigned shift.
• Maintains knowledge of game rules, house rules, counting methods and procedures for each game.
• Keeps coin and chip racks stocked at all times.
• Resolves guest disputes and escalates complex issues to management as needed.
• Engages with guests and team members to promote exceptional service and appropriate comps.
