Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Poker Supervisor to oversee the Poker Room, ensure game integrity, and deliver excellent guest service. The role involves seating players, transferring funds with the cashier, and maintaining the poker bank while monitoring at critical hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years previous poker dealing experience required.
• Ability to obtain a Non-Key LA Gaming license and Responsible Vendor Certification.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) without a calculator.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Poker Room and provide friendly, helpful service to guests.
• Seat customers, coordinate with Dealers, and manage seating changes.
• Transfer monies between Cashier and customers and maintain poker bank.
• Monitor games during peak hours and ensure safety and compliance.
• Conduct performance reviews and participate in wage/promotion decisions.
