Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to drive growth with small-to-medium customers and distribute within the market.

The role engages with large accounts, oversees non-selling processes, and builds relationships with key influencers through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions. Responsibilities include developing a regional sales plan, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, and negotiating pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at/above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify opportunities for new product development within the market.
• Manage customer relationships across multiple levels within customers’ organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering volume and value in line with the plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions on new products.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals and legal considerations.
