Qualifications

• 5+ years selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals.
• 7+ years of prior managerial sales experience.
• Proficient with CRMs and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives and Senior Account Executives.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies for Account Executives.
• Provide leadership through communication of vision and coaching.
• Manage contracts and negotiate with customers.
• Travel extensively within a multi-state territory.
