Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals.
• 7+ years of prior managerial experience in sales.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft CRM.
• Strong track record selling a broad portfolio of laboratory testing to medical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives and Senior Account Executives.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies for Account Executives.
• Provide leadership through vision, coaching and development while tracking results.
• Supervise through field visits and observations to guide improvement.
• Maintain competitive knowledge to adjust sales strategies.
• Manage sales territory and national expansion in major metros.
