Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals.
• 7+ years managerial experience in sales.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or MS CRM) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6-8 Account Executives and Senior Account Executives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the region.
• Coach and mentor reps; monitor results and adjust plans as needed.
• Supervise field activity through visits and observations.
• Expand territory coverage and drive multi-state expansion.
• Sell genetic diagnostic testing services to new customers and manage contracts.
• Develop customer-specific action plans and deliver influential presentations.
