GSK Solutions Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator to join the Lansing, MI team for a 12-month engagement supporting the State of Michigan PMO and the Center for Shared Solutions Call Center Support division.

You will work with Project Managers and leadership to ensure successful delivery of call center projects. The role emphasizes maintaining project artifacts, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications while adhering to SUITE PMM/SEM methodologies and change management processes.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience with Call Center Technologies and Call Center Support is preferred.
• 2+ years working as a Project Coordinator.
• Experience working with Call Center Technologies and Call Center Support.
• Previous CX1 experience is highly desired.
• Assignment duration: 1+ year with the intent to extend based on business needs.

Aufgaben

• Utilize the State of Michigan’s Project Portfolio Management Tool (Clarity) to prepare project schedules, assign resources and manage budgets.
• Prepare information for presentations geared to executives, managers, and project team members.
• Monitor, control, and communicate project progress by actively managing cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, particularly sponsors, project team members, and project managers; foster collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Develop and maintain key SUITE PMM deliverables: Project Charter, Schedule, Budget, Communication Plan, Status Reports, Risk/Issue Plans, Change Requests, Closedown Summary.
• Ensure adherence to SUITE PMM and SEM methodologies, with proper transitions through lifecycle stages.
• Facilitate and enforce Change Management with approvals before actions.
• Create Corrective Action Plans for yellow/red status projects.
• Understand benefits and impact of change requests to business cases and update artifacts.
