Qualifikationen

• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, multi-project deployment environment supporting other Project Managers in a hybrid workforce (combination of on-site and remote work).
• Possess exceptional communication and follow up skills along with experience in formal IT project management practices.

Aufgaben

• Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets using Clarity (State of Michigan's Project Portfolio Management Tool).
• Prepare information for presentations for executives, managers, and project team members.
• Monitor, control, and communicate project progress by actively managing cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
• Ensure clear, timely communications with stakeholders, sponsors, and project team; foster collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Develop and maintain key deliverables: Project Charter, Schedule, Budget, Communication Plan, Status Report, Risk/Issue Management Plans, Change Requests, and Closeout Summary.
• Ensure adherence to PMM and SEM methodologies, including proper transitions through project lifecycle stages.
• Facilitate and enforce Change Management processes (Change Requests) with approvals before action or updates.
• Create Corrective Action Plans for yellow or red status projects.
• Understand benefits and impact of changes; update related artifacts accordingly.
