Job summary

Zenfreed, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the State of Michigan PMO, Center for Shared Solutions Call Center Support division. You will work with Project Managers and MiECC leadership to deliver Call Center solutions in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare schedules and budgets, and ensure clear communications with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years: Working as a Project Coordinator.
• Call Center Technologies
• Call Center Support

Responsibilities

• Use State of Michigan’s Project Portfolio Management Tool (Clarity) to prepare schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Prepare information for executive presentations.
• Monitor and communicate project progress across cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
• Communicate with stakeholders, sponsors, team members and project managers.
• Foster collaboration between technical and business teams and gain consensus.
• Maintain PMM deliverables: Charter, Schedule, Budget, Communications, Status, Risks/Issues, Change Requests, Close-down.
• Ensure adherence to SUITE PMM and SEM methodologies and proper phase transitions.
• Facilitate Change Management and obtain approvals for changes.
• Create Corrective Action Plans for yellow/red projects.
• Understand benefits and impact of change requests on business cases.
• Update related project artifacts accordingly.
