Job summary

Chandra Technologies, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator to support the State of Michigan PMO and the Center for Shared Solutions Call Center Support division.

The role collaborates with Project Managers and MiECC leadership to deliver Call Center solutions in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication and follow-up skills, experience with formal IT project management practices, and will be onsite 2–3 days a week with some remote work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
• Associates degree required.
• Experience with Call Center Technologies and Call Center Support.
• Previous CX1 experience is highly desired.
• PM certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the State of Michigan’s Project Portfolio Management Tool (Clarity) to prepare project schedules, assign resources and manage budgets.
• Prepare information for presentations for executives, managers, and project team members.
• Monitor, control, and communicate project progress including cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality and risks.
• Provide clear, timely communications with stakeholders and foster collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Develop and maintain key SUITE PMM deliverables: Project Charter, Schedule, Budget, Communications Plan, Status Reports, Risk/Issue Management, Change Requests, and Closeout Summary.
• Ensure adherence to SUITE PMM and SEM and proper transitions through project lifecycle stages.
• Facilitate and enforce Change Management (Change Requests) with proper approvals.
• Create corrective action plans when projects are in yellow or red status.
• Understand benefits and impacts of changes on business cases and update artifacts accordingly.
