Job summary

Intellibee is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Center for Shared Solutions (CSS) within the State of Michigan DTMB EPMO. This role collaborates with Project Managers and MiECC leadership to deliver Call Center solutions in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

The position requires in-person office presence 2–3 days a week with the remaining days allowed for remote work, emphasizing clear communication and proactive follow-up across technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT project management practices.
• Prior experience with Call Center Technologies and Call Center Support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with creating and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare materials for presentations for executives and project teams.
• Monitor and communicate project progress, including cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to ensure alignment and commitment.
