Job summary

Netsmart seeks a Project Executive to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of PMO standards, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies across the organization.

You will create and maintain tools, templates, processes, and training programs that enable consistent project execution and successful client implementations, partnering with PMO, Operations, and AI Automation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 10+ years of experience in PMO leadership, project management governance, methodology development, or operational excellence.
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise project management standards, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• PMO Governance and Standards: Create, implement, and maintain enterprise PMO standards, governance processes, and templates.
• Training and Enablement: Develop a comprehensive PMO training plan for managers and delivery teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish structured feedback loops to capture lessons learned and update templates and standards.
• Operational Excellence and Reporting: Partner with Operations and AI teams to develop dashboards and performance metrics.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Build relationships across PMO, Operations, Delivery, and leadership to drive adoption of standards.
