Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a Project Executive to lead the PMO Scheduling Center of Excellence, establishing enterprise scheduling standards and master templates. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Resource Management, and AI teams to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting, and governance across a complex portfolio.

You will drive audits, develop scalable processes, and coach project managers on scheduling best practices, PMI-aligned methods, and consistent controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• PMP certification is required.
• 10+ years managing detailed master project schedules in PMO or similar.
• Deep expertise in enterprise scheduling and portfolio planning.
• Knowledge of PMI principles, earned value, critical path analysis.
• Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera P6, PSA platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO Scheduling Center of Excellence and governance.
• Develop and maintain enterprise scheduling standards and templates.
• Create repeatable scheduling frameworks across service lines.
• Partner with Sales/Delivery to craft customized schedules.
• Improve forecasting, schedule accuracy, and portfolio visibility.
• Ensure schedules reflect dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Lead audits and address scheduling risks and gaps.
• Develop reporting for leadership on performance and health.
• Deliver training and coaching on scheduling best practices.
• Drive PMI-aligned standards and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Ops, Resource Management, and AI teams on automation.
• Evaluate tools and dataflow across Smartsheet, PSA, and resourcing.
