Job summary

Netsmart Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of PMO standards, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business, project management, information systems, healthcare administration, or related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• 10+ years in PMO leadership, governance, methodology development, or related roles.
• Experience building and implementing enterprise PMO standards and delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop training programs, onboarding, client-facing materials, and enablement initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of project governance, risk, change management, testing, quality, and implementation practices.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and maintain enterprise PMO standards, methodologies, policies, and governance processes.
• Develop governance frameworks, risk registers, testing plans, training plans, change management plans, and templates.
• Ensure PMO tools clearly define responsibilities of leaders, managers, teams, and clients.
• Evaluate and continuously improve governance practices supporting client implementations.
• Develop a comprehensive PMO training plan for managers and delivery teams.
• Produce client-ready training templates communicating roles, governance expectations, and prerequisites.
• Onboard new PMO members and educate teams on templates and practices.
• Serve as SME and trusted advisor on PMO governance and delivery standards.
• Establish structured feedback loops to capture lessons learned and improve templates and collateral.
• Create repeatable processes to translate project insights into improvements.
• Maintain current, scalable documentation for evolving client and business needs.
• Drive improvements to enhance consistency, efficiency, and quality of delivery.
• Partner with Operations and AI Automation to identify process efficiencies and dashboard opportunities.
• Support development of internal and client-facing dashboards and metrics.
• Improve visibility into delivery performance through clear reporting and actionable data.
• Use insights to guide ongoing process improvements.
• Establish strong cross-functional relationships with matrixed leaders and stakeholders.
