Job summary

Netsmart seeks a Project Executive to lead the PMO Scheduling Center of Excellence, establishing enterprise scheduling standards and master templates. This role partners with Sales, Operations, Resource Management, and AI Automation to improve forecasting accuracy, controls, and reporting across a complex project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• PMP certification preferred or required.
• 10+ years managing detailed and complex master project schedules in PMO/consulting environments.
• Deep expertise in enterprise scheduling methodologies and portfolio planning.
• Experience governing scheduling standards across multiple projects or programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the PMO Scheduling Center of Excellence with enterprise standards and master schedule templates.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, and AI teams to improve forecasting accuracy and portfolio visibility.
• Lead schedule audits to ensure compliance with PMO standards and identify risks.
• Coach project managers on scheduling best practices and PMI-aligned methodologies.
• Evaluate and recommend scheduling tools and processes to support growth and data flow across systems.
