The Project Executive will partner with PMO leaders, Operations, and AI Automation teams to enhance project delivery practices, identify process efficiencies, and improve operational reporting. This leader will drive onboarding, education, and adoption of PMO standards while incorporating lessons learned into scalable methodologies and collateral. The ideal candidate brings deep PMO leadership experience, strong change management skills, and a passion for building processes that improve delivery outcomes and organizational maturity.
Key Responsibilities

PMO Governance and Standards Create, implement, and maintain enterprise PMO standards, methodologies, policies, and governance processes. Develop and manage project delivery collateral, including governance frameworks, risk registers, testing plans, training plans, change management plans, implementation methodologies, policies, and standardized templates. Ensure PMO tools and standards clearly define the responsibilities of project leaders, managers, leads, internal teams, and clients. Evaluate and continuously improve governance practices that support successful client implementations.

Training and Enablement Develop a comprehensive PMO training plan for project managers, leads, and delivery teams. Create polished, client-ready training plan templates that clearly communicate roles, responsibilities, governance expectations, and prerequisites. Participate in onboarding for new PMO team members and educate teams on standard templates, processes, and project management practices. Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on PMO governance, methodology, and delivery standards.

Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Management Establish a structured feedback loop with the PMO to capture lessons learned and incorporate them into templates, collateral, standards, and delivery practices. Create repeatable processes for translating project insights into practical improvements across the organization. Maintain documentation so standards remain current, useful, and scalable as client and business needs evolve. Drive improvements that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and project delivery quality.

Operational Excellence and Reporting Partner with Operations and AI Automation teams to identify process efficiency, workflow automation, and dashboard opportunities. Support the development of internal and client-facing dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics. Improve visibility into project delivery performance through clear, accurate, and actionable reporting. Use data, feedback, and operational insights to guide ongoing process improvements.

Cross-Functional Leadership Establish strong relationships with matrixed leaders and stakeholders across the organization. Partner across PMO, Operations, Delivery, and leadership teams to maintain and evolve project management processes and standards. Facilitate alignment and adoption across functions while balancing governance requirements with practical delivery needs. Champion organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project outcomes.

Proven experience building training programs, onboarding processes, client-facing materials, and organizational enablement initiatives. Deep knowledge of project governance, risk management, change management, testing methodologies, quality management, and implementation best practices. Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations. Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and organisational change leadership skills.

Experience developing reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and executive or client-facing dashboards. Proven ability to drive adoption of new processes, standards, templates, and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

15+ years of project management, PMO leadership, consulting, implementation, or professional services experience. Experience within healthcare technology, professional services, software delivery, or large‑scale implementation environments.

Experience creating client‑facing governance, methodology, training, and implementation materials. Experience driving PMO transformation or organisational maturity initiatives. Familiarity with AI‑enabled process improvement, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Experience with project portfolio management, reporting, dashboard, or business intelligence tools. Client side experience to establish what clients need to support successful outcomes of EHR and software implementations.
