Job summary

NEOGOV seeks a strategic PMO Manager to lead delivery governance and portfolio execution across multiple SaaS products. You will own portfolio-level planning, drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, QA, and leadership, and influence delivery outcomes without direct reports.

Ideal candidates thrive in scaled agile environments, leverage AI-enabled tools for forecasting and reporting, and establish scalable PMO frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in project, portfolio, or PMO roles within SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience coordinating multiple complex product initiatives.
• Strong experience in scaled agile environments (SAFe or SAFe-lite).
• RTE or equivalent portfolio-level coordination preferred.
• Expertise with Jira, eazyBI, and delivery analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual, quarterly, PI, and sprint planning across multiple product lines.
• Drive portfolio roadmapping alignment to translate priorities into executable plans.
• Improve planning maturity, forecasting accuracy, and release predictability.
• Ensure cross-team dependency visibility and proactive risk mitigation.
• Coordinate release readiness and milestone execution to improve delivery confidence.
