Job summary

QCS Staffing seeks a PMO Doc Control Lead for a US-based, Ohio project in Life Sciences. The role governs design documents, approvals, and turnover packages across EPCM and operations handover, ensuring master repositories and proper workflow.

You will own document requirements, manage transmittals and reviews, and coordinate with PMs, EPCMs, vendors and the TMP to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent senior-level experience considered with approval.
• Extensive document control / information management on large capital programs.
• GMP pharmaceutical or biotechnology capital‑project experience.
• Technical ownership of contractor deliverable registers and transmittals.

PMO Doc Control Lead – US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a PMO Doc Control Lead to support this project and help deliver this world‑class program.

What You’ll Deliver

• Define, document and govern the end-to-end flow of design documents, CTOPs, VTOPs, addenda and MC/TCCC approvals from EPCM delivery through PM, CQ/TMP and Operations handover.
• Identify the approved repository for each document set and ensure the TMP integrates and uses EIDA, Kneat, MCPlus, EPIC, Aconex, Procore and Unifier in line with the agreed architecture.
• Ensure EPIC remains the master repository for construction turnover documentation and Aconex controls correspondence, transmittals and formal document workflows.
• Own the document requirements and deliverable obligations embedded in Client contracts; translate them into clear expectations for PMs, EPCMs, CMs, vendors, CQ firms and the TMP.

What you’ll need:
