Project Controls Manager - US, Ohio - Contract

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Project Controls Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage a project controls team of ~20 across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting functions
• Develop, implement, and maintain project controls systems, tools, and governance frameworks
• Oversee cost management, including forecasting, change control, earned value, and variance analysis
• Drive schedule development, progress measurement, critical path analysis, and recovery planning
• Identify project risks and opportunities; lead mitigation planning and cross-functional alignment

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in Project Controls
• Proven ability to lead teams of 20 across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting
• Strong background in high-end manufacturing (Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Advanced Industrial)
• Pharma experience = not required BUT IDEAL
• Demonstrated success driving alignment across EPCs, owners, and cross-functional stakeholders
