Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing education.
• Must have PMHNP certification and an unencumbered RN license (Maryland).
• Must have a terminal degree (PhD or DNP); if PhD, nursing master’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of the PMHNP curriculum.
• Oversee recruitment and accreditation activities for the PMHNP program.
• Teach in area of expertise and supervise PMHNP track within the DNP program.
• Develop and oversee assessment plans aligned with accreditation standards.
• Establish regional partnerships and seek external funding opportunities.
