Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) in Kyle, TX is seeking a part-time NP/PA PM&R clinician to join our post-acute care team. You will provide PM&R services at a designated SNF, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient independence and function.

The role offers autonomy with a typical 8-hour day (8 AM–5 PM window), no evenings or on-call, and perks including a laptop, malpractice coverage, and CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• NP/PA/PM&R license required and practice in Texas.
• Experience in post-acute/post-acute SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant in SNF/post-acute settings.
• Collaborate with facility staff and PCP teams to manage common SNF conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP teams to improve patient function and independence.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy with internal medicine.
