Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Philipsburg, PA invites a part-time NP/PM&R clinician to join a growing post-acute rehab team. You will deliver specialist PM&R services at a designated SNF, collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, and help improve patient independence.

The role emphasizes autonomy, flexible hours around 9 AM–4 PM, and opportunities for professional growth within CRC's training and leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner/APRN with PA licensure and right to work in the U.S.
• Experience in post-acute SNF or rehab settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for geriatric patients.
• Ability to integrate with facility teams and promote care continuity.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in the facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP, PT, OT, and SLP to improve function.
• Track progress and address barriers to therapy, including pain and neurogenic issues.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and support culture building.
• Educate staff and contribute to regional team didactics.
