Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) is hiring a PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to provide Specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services at designated SNFs in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with therapy and PCP teams, and improving patient outcomes in a post-acute setting.

The position is part-time (16 hours) with typical 8-hour days and a 9 AM–4 PM window, offering full malpractice coverage, CEU opportunities, and a laptop. NC licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner/ APRN or PA licensed to practice in the U.S.
• North Carolina license is required/preferred for this role.
• Experience in post-acute space is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams for SNF/post-acute conditions.
• Work with PT, OT, SLP teams to improve function and QoL.
• Follow therapy patients to track progress.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to culture building.
