Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) is seeking a PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to serve a designated SNF/post-acute rehab center in Charlotte, NC. This 16-hour, part-time W2 role offers autonomy in daily workflow and opportunities to lead clinical care within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have an NP/PA license, NC license, and the ability to work in the U.S., with post-acute or SNF experience preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant in SNF/post-acute settings
• Represent CRC with clinical leadership in the facility
• Collaborate with PCP and therapy teams to manage patients
• Follow patients in therapy to track progress and outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and facility education
