Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC in Rapid City, SD seeks an Airport Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of agents handling arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage handling and related passenger inquiries. You will ensure smooth operations and exceptional service at the airport.

The role requires guiding staff through ticketing, reservations, and special needs assistance while maintaining compliance with safety, security, and airline policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including special needs support.
• Handle ticketing, boarding, baggage, reservations, and related complaints using a computerized system.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags during loading and arrival.
• Push wheelchairs through airport areas.
• Enforce safety policies and comply with laws and Unifi procedures.
• Promote safety, anti-harassment and equal opportunity policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain safe operations.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents or hazards.
