Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a Passenger Services Supervisor to lead a team of agents handling arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and passenger inquiries.

You will guide frontline staff to deliver courteous, efficient service, ensure safety and compliance, assist passengers including those with special needs, and resolve issues through a computerized system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 required.
• Credentials as per airport/state requirements may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system (boarding, baggage, reservations).
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
• Monitor safety and enforce company policies and regulatory requirements.
